What is SENS

Development Corporation of Fort Dodge and Webster County

(Spousal Employment Notification System)

Like many rural communities, Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities that make up Webster County are focused on attracting and retaining residents, employees and their families.  If you are currently considering a position in our community, we encourage you to use the SENS program to help locate a job for your spouse or domestic partner within the Webster County region.

This program is designed to help your spouse/domestic partner network and identify jobs with employers in our region.  It’s an exclusive network and member employers are committed to using it and providing timely feedback.
